Recently, Mingke supplied a set of MT1650 stainless steel belts to Luli Group, an outstanding wood-based-panel (MDF & OSB) producer located in Shandong Province, China. The belts’ width is 8.5’ and the length is up to 100 meters. After a week’s installation and adjustment, the belts & the line are put into full load production smoothly. On site of installation, the customer highly recognized and appraised the professionalism and efficiency of Mingke after-sales team.
The wood-based-panel production line invested by the customer this time is mainly used to produce MDF (Medium Density Fiberboard). From the perspective of the output panels, the flatness and smoothness of the panel surfaces are excellent good & satisfied. Viewing from the cross section, we can see the panels’ internal structure is very uniform and wood material is good.
