CT1300 is a hardened or hardened & tempered carbon steel belt. It has hard & smooth surface and a black oxide layer, which makes it suitable for any application with a low risk for corrosion. Very good thermal properties make it ideal for baking and for heating and drying of liquids, pastes and fine-grained products. It can be further processed to perforation belt.

CT1300 and CT1100 belong to the series of carbon steel belt. There is a slight difference in chemical composition such as carbon content, so the static strength will also different. Compared with CT1300, the thermal properties and wear resistance of CT1100 are better. However, considering the actual application scenarios and budget of the customer, select the appropriate carbon steel belt model is a good choice. CT1300 carbon steel belt can be used in low-corrosive scenarios.
