STEEL BELT FOR CONTINUOUS SINGLE OPENING PRESS | WOOD BASED PANEL INDUSTRY
Single Opening Press consists of a piece of cyclic steel belt and a set of long single press. The Steel belt carries the mat and stepwise through the press for molding. lt ’s a kind of stepwise cycle pressing technology.
In the wood-based panel industry, the steel belt used in the Continuous Single Opening Press is different from the Mende press and Double Belt Press. the single opening press adopts carbon steel belt which is hardened and tempered.Single Opening Press is an old-fashioned design, using a carbon steel belt with a thickness of 1.2 ~ 1.5mm, which has good thermal conductivity and low cost.
Mingke carbon steel belt that used in single opening press line has a service life of more than 10 years.
Mingke Steel Belts can be applied to wood based panel (WBP) industry for continuous presses to produce Medium Density Fiberboard (MDF), High Density Fiberboard (HDF), Particle Board (PB), Chipboard, Oriented Structural Board (OSB), Laminated Veneer Lumber (LVL), etc.
