AT1000 AUSTENITIC CORROSION RESISTANT STAINLESS STEEL BELT
AT1200 is a variation austenitic stainless steel belt, which performs very well in corrosion resistance. It is a high corrosion resistant steel with good wear resistance. This makes it the universal choice for food and chemical industries (cooling, freezing and drying processes), and can be further processed to supper-mirror-polished belt and perforation belt.

Tips: Max. width of a single belt is 2000mm, customized sizes via cutting is available.
AT1200 and AT1000 belong to the same category of austenitic stainless steel, which differ in chemical composition ratio and performance parameters. AT1200 is mainly used in equipment such as chemical pastillator, chemical flaker, tunnel type individual quick freezer (IQF). The choice of steel belt model is not unique. For example, Steel belt models AT1000, AT 1200,DT980,MT1050 can be used for steel belt cooling pastillator， single steel belt and double steel belt flaker. Steel belt models AT1200, AT1000, MT1050 can be used for individual quick freezer (IQF).
